  THEY DON"T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!!! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!! The worst customer service from a girl named Danielle. She was so rude and at one point in our conversation started raising her voice to me. They hardly ever answer the phone and they are not good about refunding your money when they should. When they do answer the phone they put you on hold for 20 minutes or more and then transfer you to a voicemail! I would NEVER recommend this place!

  Although the Health Benefits Center has been in business since 2011. They have been inundated with consumer complaints. Consumer complaints both in the form of online review sites s, google reviews, and unflattering yelp reviews.and even multiple disciplinary actions from state agencies. As a result of the sullied and tarnished online reputation of the Health Benefits Center. They have changed the corporate name. They are now doing business as Simple Health Solutions or S.I.S. Don’t fall for the name change scam. It’s still the same overpriced mini-meds or limited indemnity insurance products being dressed up to appear better than real health insurance.
